Click the extension icon and choose your mode — visible area, selection, full-page scroll, all open tabs, or a custom URL list. WebCapture opens the right preview or queue state when the job is done.

Annotate & Redact

Open the preview editor to mark up your capture with rectangles, arrows, and redaction. Pro adds ellipse, text, pen, and saved annotated versions.

Export & Share

Download as PNG or JPEG, copy to clipboard, or print. Pro adds PDF, GIF, BMP, native share, and drag-to-share.

License key activation

Activate WebCapture Pro in the extension.

Buy a plan, receive your WCP- license key by email, then paste it in the popup or Options page. The key is device-bound, works on up to 3 devices, and can be recovered or managed from inside the extension.

Finish checkout

After payment, the success page confirms that your license email is on the way. The guide image uses you@example.com instead of a real customer email.

Copy the emailed key

Copy the license key from the email. The screenshot uses the example key WCP-MONTHLY-ABC123-DEF456; real keys are unique per purchase.

Paste the key in WebCapture

Open the popup, choose Enter license key, paste the key, and press Activate. The screenshot shows only an example key.

Resend a missing key

If you cannot find the email, choose Send my key, enter your checkout email, and click Send to request a fresh email.

Confirm Pro is active

After activation, Pro capture actions unlock and the account panel changes to Licensed. Use Manage devices or Remove license when you need to move a key between browsers.
